1. Click Start
2. Click Control Panel
3. Choose Printers and Other Hardware link
4. Click View Installed Printers or Faxes
5. Look for the Pinter's name
6. Right click the icon of the printer
7. Click the Preferences
8. Choose the Draft or Fast Draft on the Print Quality tab
9. Click OK
Try to print a test page and your printer should be using less ink now and prints faster.
