Print Speed

How do I set up my printer so that the speed at which it prints is faster and I can save on ink costs.

To be able to do this, you have to setup your printer into Fast Draft mode which is a faster way to print and more efficient on ink consumption. You can set your printer into fast draft mode by following these steps:

1. Click Start

2. Click Control Panel

3. Choose Printers and Other Hardware link

4. Click View Installed Printers or Faxes

5. Look for the Pinter's name

6. Right click the icon of the printer

7. Click the Preferences

8. Choose the Draft or Fast Draft on the Print Quality tab

9. Click OK

Try to print a test page and your printer should be using less ink now and prints faster.
