Installing Mp Drivers... Says Printer Drivers Currently In Use? Won't Install

Tried all types of ways to fix this problem. I deleted all of my printers from the computer, restarted, everything. This error keeps coming up and won't let me install the mp driver

You have to download the drivers/software manually at

It was such a pain in the butt to find this out. The cd is aparently for windows 7 and below. Hope this helped !
