Printer Head Cleaning
I have an mp960 that gives error saying wrong printer head installed. I rarely use the printer and never changed the head. A ny suggestions. Do head cleaning kits work? Thanks

Perhaps your printer head requires cleaning. You have to use the Canon software to clean, maintain and align the print head correctly. You have to perform this maintenance at least once a month to maintain the efficiency of your device.
