Printer Error C000

When powering up my MP640, I get the message "printer error has occured. Turn off power then back on again. If problem peresists, see the manual" The prolem persists. I find nothing in the manual about C000

Greetings - Try to
1. Check if one or more cartridges is not properly seated in the cartridgeholder.
2. Remove any foreign objects including paper that has been stuck or jammed preventing the cartridge holder to move freely (or any the cartridges to seat properly).
3. Turn off the machine, and unplug the power cord from the back of the printer. After a while, plug the power cord of the printer back in, and then turn on the machine.
