Pixma 6320; Error 6000

Followed directions: turn printing off; shut printer down; start printer up. Still have the error 6000. Paper tray seems OK. Had been printing a total of approx. 25 copies of various pages. Hope you can help. Of course, need papers tomorrow. Mary
