At first, you need to make sure that the wireless signal is broadcasted correctly from the WiFi source. In this case, you will need to check the router, gateway or whatever device you're broadcasting the WiFI signal. Then check the installed drivers and printer connectivity. Use the mini-screen on the printer to reset it to its default settings and try to connect again
