Color 4x6 Glossy Photos When I Hit Enter

When I try to make 4x6 glossy prints and set up according to manual, Printer pulls photo glossy in to printer at an angle every time how can I fix this. I have CanonMG2120 Tom Thomson

Hello Thomas,

Depending on how old the printer is, the paper feed roller may need to be cleaned prior to using this type of paper. See instructions here
