Won't Print Decimal Points Or Places
I have a brand new MP25DV and mainly need it to do simple adding and subtracting of US dollars. I cannot get it to print anything but whole numbers when adding cents to dollars ($1.25 it doesn't print the ., 2 or 5). The machine also does not give me the item count but will print the symbols +,=, *, etc.Do I have a malfunctioning machine or some mystery setting that I can't seem to locate that needs to be reset?
