Clear Button Stopped Working

clear button doesn't work. presses up and down, but doesn't clear totals. help. tried to reset, see if anything stuck in button, didn't help

go to cannon web site

find support and download page

enter your device model

download the latest firmware for your device

conect your device via usb and upgrade it

it should work fine
