Hoe Do I Fix 'paper Jams'?
After pulling the first sheet through, it cannot pull the second sheet therefore triggering a "paper jam". I cleaned all the visible rollers with rubbing alcohol, unplugged the machine and the problem still exists. It's only 2 1/2 yrs old and has not been used often. I only recently had to replace the color cartridges. What would you suggest I do? The 2 yr extended warrantee was up in July 2012.
