Battery Drain Itermittent 1.65 Amp To 3.66

audio fuse stops 1 amp loss when pulled i/p fuse stops 1 plus amps when out cigar and damper relays real hot when cars off .battery drains over night.does this sound like a module problem.amp drain cycles up and down every 5 to 10 seconds with a click sound from back fuse box.
