2004 Cadillac Xlr Stuck In Accessory Mode And Will Not Start

the 2004 cadillac is stuck in accessory mode and will not start display panel on dash shows car in yellow with lock

Either the ignition switch has failed or the key is stuck, try pushing the key in firmly & see if it will turn back to the off position. The lock tumblers could be dirty, blow some compressed air or a little bit of graphite into the switch, if possible. Good luck!
