Gas Mileage

I have been trying to increase my gas mileage on my 03 Deville. Right now im getting 10mpg. I changed every filter in the car. I even put the gas treatment in the tank. If anyone has any other ideas please share them with me.

I would start off with a complete tune up. Also change the air filter, fuel filter.  Might even try a fuel injector cleaner. I hope this helps.
