How Do I Change The Washer Switch On A 2002 Cadillac Eldorado

i have a 2002 cadillac eldorado and i have no power to the windshield washer I have checked all the fuses .the stering colum was just channged so what i need to is how do i change the arm on the colum that has the washer switch on it.
