I Have A 2000 Escalade With A Starting Problem

When the ignition is turned to on, the dash indicator lights appear normal, message center states stabilizer control disabled, and brake system needs service, when key is turned to start, nothing happens other than lights on dash go out, when key is released lights on dash return, battery has been replaced.
