99 Cadillac Deville Delegance Problems

I just bought a 1999 Cadillac DeVille Delegance and I am having problems with it already so any advice is asked for... First the blinkers are not workin yet the hazards do???? Then the automatic seats don't work yet all fuses are good as well as bulbs. I have no idea where to go from there. And of course I can't get the car to stop over heating
