Abs Tc Light On
my car tc and abs light is on i have to floor it to take off

If these lights are on then you have fault codes stored in the ABS system, you will need to get the fault codes read. Most aftermarket scan tools do not have the ability to access the ABS system, you will need to find a shop that has full access to GM abs systems or have them read at the dealer. Next if the vehicle pulls sharply to the right when applying the brakes, then you may have one of 2 things going on. Either your left front caliper is stuck in the open position, or you have a valve sticking in the ABS modulator. The code will help you to isolate this problem.
