I Lost The Resistor Chip On The Ignition Key And My Car Says Theft System Proble

Your local Cadillac dealer can make a new key for you with the correct resistor chip installed in it. They can look up your VIN and find the exact resistor chip that was used for your car key. Cadillac only uses around a dozen or so different resistor chips, so they should have all of them in stock.
