If I Pull The Body Control Module Will The Car Still Run?

The Car Still Run Fine After The Bcm Is Removed.

The car runs fine with out the BCM but the following won't work: Interior Lights, Gas Gage, Power Windows-Door Locks-Trunk Opener-Gas Cap Door-Cruise Control-Clock-Head Lights BCM part numbers interchangeable 09359396 and 09378190 is new
