The relays for most everything are under the plastic shroud that a small fuse panel under your hood on the drivers side is housed. Above the wheel well in front of the strut tower you will see the small panel door. The shroud just lifts up and you will see all the relays.I believe the fuses for your high and low beams are in your trunk where there are also a couple relays. You will have to remove the upper liner of your trunk to expose them. When you open your trunk you will see four little stubs hanging down that are actually plastic nuts holding the liner up protecting your audio system speakers. Before removing them familiarize yourself with the emergency trunk release chord to the left side of your trunk because you are going to be way up in there before your done. When removed the liner will drop and you'll notice it is also connected to the liner protecting the electrical unit mounted to the reverse of the back seat. Just pull the liner down and out as one and set it out of the way. At the lower left corner when looking into your trunk way back in there you will see the fuse panel. I believe that car has a separate fuse for each high and low beam for both headlights. A total of four fuses for your headlights are all in a row I believe the second row down starting with the second fuse from the left working right. Please refer to the help tag you will find on the inside of the panel cover to confirm that these are the right ones as I'm only speaking from memory. Good luck.
