1994 Cadillac Eldorado Shutting Off When It Gets To 120

Its governed. You need an OBD-II scanner with the correct programing key to reprogram the computer. You can also change thefuel to air mixture and timing to make it run better this way. Back in the old days you had to change out "chips". Now its all on internal memory. If you know someone with a snap-on scanner with all the programming keys, its simple as following on screen instructions and clicking a bunch of yesses and nos.
