I Have A 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham That Has The Pressure Light On.

To start my car i have to crank it and give it gas at the same time so it can cut on and if i let go of the gas it cut right back off, but if i leave the gas mashed a little for a minute or two it stays on but it sound a little different and if i put it in gear it will cut off. The car has the right amount of oil but the oil pressure light stays on. Can you please help? Thanks.
