I think you're best bet will be to give a Cadalac dealer a phone call. I search EVERYWHERE and there doesn't seem to be any data on towing capacity available on any of the sources I can find on the Internet, even the Allante user clubs...
I did find tow hooks for the Allante at http://www.carpartswholesale.com/parts/cadillac/allante/tow_hook.html, but even they don't list a towing capacity.
Another option would be to call a U-Haul dealer. Since they sell towing accessories I would assume that they would have some data on this car.
