One Of My Remotes Is Not Working. I Have Replaced Batteries To No Avail.

The remote downstairs does work the upstairs tv. Do I bring it in to replace it ?

you most likely have a bad transmitter led and or have dropped it a few times causing one of the legs to break on the transmitter
