You will need the restaurant information to make a complaint usint Burger King's contact us form. http://www.tellusaboutus.com/comments/commentform/burgerking.aspx below the form is a Comment box. It is there that you relate the issues you have. Be honest. If any of the problem originated with you, please indicate that.
Of course you could call the Restaurant itself and speak to Restaurant Manager. It is possible that that you only spoke to a shift manager and it would just be good form to speak to the person's immediate supervisor. You have the phone number and I would encourage you to do that before you go national.

You have two options, you can contact the restaurant manager as you probably had words with a shift manager by calling (662)390-4185 which is the phone number for Restaurant #4185 located at 1603 Hwy 82 E in Greenville. MS 38703-6019.
