Rear Ac Problem

The air flow on the rear AC will not change from blowing out at the feet to going to overhead for needed cooling. It blows the cold air out at the floor without changing to the overhead vents. Under warranty it was fixed every summer. Still this summer, the same thing, and now it is out of warranty.
