2007 Buick Lacrosse Cxl Heater Only Blows Cold Air

This is a 3800 engine.  The thermostat works. The actuator doors work.  The heater core has been flushed, which helped but then heat was lost again.  I have been told that the original GM antifreeze could cause leakage on the intake gaskets but have not been able to see evidence of such.  New or expanded ideas?

Replace the heater core. I've never heard of any garage flushing out the heater core. The passages on the core are small and once they clog up, it's junk. A new heater core should solve the problem.
