Water In The Trunk

My 2005 Buick LeSabre continues to get water in the trunk.  It has even filled the tire well.  We have check the tubing, even going through a car wash with someone in the trunk looking for an actual leak, but none could be found.  What and where can we look to resolve this problem without taking it to a dealer?
