Where Is Horn Location?

To use the horn press on the steering wheel pad where the horn symbols are located. If you're asking about the fuse location for the horn, that would be mini-fuse #11 and micro-relay #39 in the underhood fuse block. See the manual, pages 5-90 and 5-91:
