My Questions Is My 2003 Buick Rendezvous Will Not Turn Over Fuse 58 Crank Clicks

Fuse 58 clicks I can here I pump turn on but as soon as I try to start it all I get is click as if the battery is dead .I just replaced the battery today and Still nothing but click when I turn the key oh yes when the key is turned radio turns off as well as lights but when in acc mode Windows work radio works lights work

I think you have a starter problem, the solenoid or the starter inself.
