2002 Park Avenue Hesitates At 1800rpm

have changed plugs, wires, MAP sensor, nd coil packs and it still skips. what else can be done?

Could be a fuel problem and not an ignition problem. If your throttle position sensor (TPS) is defective, your car could have hesitation at certain RPM's only. The TPS is located on the throttle body.

If that doesn't solve the problem, replace the fuel filter. Probably not the cause of the hesitation, but it might be worth a shot. Your fuel filter should be under the car, along the driver's side frame rail.
