I Am A Senior Citizen. Went Out To Start My 2002 Buick Le Sabre (60,000 Miles),

And everything was dead. Battery is fairly new. What is a Built-in Hydrometer, and should I beconcerned if a neighbor wants to jump start it. He also has a Buick. Please help.
