Potential Safety Hazard - Dashboard Pulling Away From Steering Wheel

My 2002 Buick leSabre custom which I purchased new has 66,000 miles. In the last 2 years the dashboard is separating from the windshield and is coming apart from the steering column and now the dashboard is obstructing my view! Most importantly , I am concerned about the airbags deploying. This is definitely a potential safety hazard!! I am unable to pick up my grandchildren from school and I don't want to take the risk of the airbags deploying! We cannot drive it and now cannot not even sell it. Was this a recall? If not - it should be! I also had to replace both back window motors as well. We change the oil and fluids regularly and we recently purchased new tires. We always thought that Buick had superior automobiles and stood behind their workmanship. I have heard that these two issues occur with many Buicks. please tell what I can do. Have sent a complaint to NTSB and my confirmation . I expect a response.
