Control Of Parking Lights When Motor IsTurned Off.

"On/Off buttons" are not cutting parking lights off properly when the engine is turned off.  Information said, these buttons have not been used very much therefore they "stick" sometimes and no function as they are suppose to. This is a new Buick to me but there is no "Owners Manual" with the automobile. Other than purchasing the "Owners Manual" what advise can you share with me ASAP.   I do not want to leave these lights on after I lock the vechile as I do not want to purchases a new battery unnecessarily. Thank you, Bernett Waitt -
