Was Is Hard Plastic 90degree Elbow Just Above Water Pump Called?

I have a 2001 Buick LeSabre 3800 Series  II V-6. Just above the water pump, there is a hard plastic 90 degree elbow. What is it called and how hard is it to replace. I have one that is cracked.
