Gear Selector Position Indicator Lights Failed.
Gear selector position indicator lights failed (out). All other instrument cluster lights operate normally. I removed the instrument cluster module and inspected the associated lights and board, but did not find any problems. Reinstalled the cluster module and noticed that the PNRD position lights came on dim and sometimes flickered then went back out, then repeated this cycle. Checked the wiring harness for wire chaffing, found nothing. Could the problem be with the PCM?
