Why Is My Security Light Coming On And How Do I Turn It Off?f

It is coming on because your theft deterrent system is acting up. The only way to turn it off is to take it to an auto shop and let them check it for you. The other thing it may be is the computer chip (resistor) in your key is worn or dirty. Try wiping off the key or try another key. If cleaning it and another key doesn't work, you will have to bypass the theft deterrent system (not recommended) or take it to a shop for diagnosis.
