Engine Overhearting. Fans Dont Work

1996 buick regal 3.8 v6. Car still over heats after changing coolant temp sensor fuse. changed radiator cap. All fuses do work. But fans still dont. And my AC doesnt work either to test the fans. what else could be the problem?...an other fuse somewhere? thanks
