Why Does My 95 Roady Keep Cutting Off While Driving?

Like its running out of gas, or losing power, or like its not firing. It doesn't do it all the time, and that's why mechanics can't figure it out, cause when they have it, it doesn't give them any problems. I'll drive it for a few days and it happens. My distributer has been changed four times, spark plugs changed, new computer, but it still dies with the low oil level light coming on first, but there's nothing wrong with the oil level. Please help me. That's the only thing wrong with it, the car runs great, its just that I don't know when its gonna deside to act up, but I love my 95 roadmaster limited.
