Dual Zone Heat

The heat/air will not switch anymore. I notice the dual zone no longer works either. I assume they are related. New compressor and recharge. I get no air in summer and very little heat on driver side in winter, passenger side gets no heat in winter. Buick delaer thinks it is electrical but no clue where to start. Can you provide a path to take?
