On A 1995 Buick Lesabar Limited Air Conditioning Control Digital

My air control is digital and I has stopped working it will.not come on at all.I have checked all the fuses and relays that is nit it the air conditioning still works but I can't turn it off and it only blows out of where the defrost blows out at the window I can turn the temp up or down because the car has temperature up or down on the steering wheel is this a common problem and what should I do buy a nother one ?
