This is most likely a hardware issue. Please try the following steps:

Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source for a few minutes.
Plug it back in and turn it on.
Check if the issue is resolved.

If the problem persists, you may need to contact Brother support for further assistance or consider getting the printer repaired or replaced.

When all the lights are flashing together, turn the printer power OFF, wait 5 seconds and then turn the printer power ON again. If the error continues, disconnect the interface cable from the back of the printer and use the following steps to reset the printer: Turn the printer off.
