How Do You Get The Hl-2280dw Out Of Deep Sleep
Our HL-2280DW is in deep sleep mide and we can't get it out

Go to pages 1-2 for the sleep setup instructions. Go here to insure you have the latest firmware/driver software. You may also try setting the timer by Pressing (Settings) > All Settings > General Setup > Ecology > Sleep Time.

If the machine is in Sleep mode and does not receive any jobs for a certain length of time, the machine will go into Deep Sleep mode automatically and the LCD will display Deep Sleep. Deep Sleep mode uses less power than Sleep mode. The machine will wake up and start warming up when the machine receives a fax, computer data, make a copy, or when you press a key on the control panel.
