Bas 411 Embroidery Machine
Hi. What can be the reason that the trimmer and the wiper don't finishes the complete operation when it must trim

Here are some possible reasons why the trimmer and wiper on your Brother International BAS-415 shredder may not be completing the entire operation:
The paper is not being fed correctly. Make sure that the paper is aligned with the guides and that it is not being fed crooked.
The paper is too thick. The shredder may not be able to shred thick paper. Try shredding thinner paper or shredding the paper in smaller batches.
The shredder is jammed. If the shredder is jammed, you will need to clear the jam. To do this, turn off the shredder and unplug it from the power outlet. Then, carefully remove the jammed paper.
The shredder blades are dull. Dull blades can cause the shredder to malfunction. You can replace the blades or have them sharpened by a professional.
The shredder is not properly lubricated. Lack of lubrication can cause the shredder to malfunction. You can lubricate the shredder according to the instructions in the owner's manual.
