Dear Sir/Madam, My suitcase (tag no. BA 107739) has been lost for 3 days now on the way from Budapest to La Coruna in Spain via Heathrow FLIGHT NO. BA 869I´m currently in Berlin. Despite my continuous efforts and reporting the missing luggage, no information is available online. There are two different ref. numbers:  LCGVY11224 and LCGVY11225     My full name registered to this item is Mr. Gunnlaugur Briem.I´m now in Berlin and desperately need this baggage ASAP, Its a red hard shell Samsonite case.  Tag no.
