First, make sure the volume on your device is turned up. If it's already turned up, try adjusting the settings on the BLAST itself.
Check the equalizer settings or any other audio settings that may affect the volume.
If the issue persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting the audio source to the BLAST. Sometimes a loose connection can cause a decrease in volume.
If these steps don't solve the problem, it's possible that the BLAST's speaker may be damaged or faulty. In that case, it might be best to contact Boss Audio customer support for further assistance or consider having it looked at by a professional.

reset or take for service station for drivers/firmware update or else repair
