Coffee Spout On Bosch Coffee Maker Doesn't Release Coffee.

On large espresso machine with two spouts, only one spout relases coffee. The other seems clogged. We stuch four-inch wire up spout; it came out with coffee on it, but spout still does not work. Bosch coffee maker model number:TCA 6301 UC
