Door Problem

I own Bosh dishwasher model  SHE7ER55. In about 4 months of usage the door stopped closing properly – I have to push firmly it to make sure it is fully closed. But during the washing after some time door moves slightly back and the process stops. First, looks like it is factory defect. Am I right? Next, can this be fixed by myself or I have to call technician?
