Will Not Finish A Cycle

Originally the dishwasher won't drain. Once that was fixed, I started a regular wash cycle and it would start and then within about 5 minutes the "clean" light comes on and the machine stops. I have tried every cycle to see if it was only for the normal cycle, but it does the same thing.
