Unable To Connect The Boost To The Internet (limited Services) Is What It Says.

I have a boost wifi and am unable to connect to internet. It connects to my phone and laptop but stops there and does not connect to the internet. Reads limited service. I have contacted optus and boost and both are unable to assist
